The Spirogrinder Series of machines are a versatile tool for all types of grinding and scarifying of hard floor surfaces. The three head planetary counter rotating machines can easily be equipped with a variety of heads to either grind or scarify. Grinding lipage could never be easier, as the planetary motion of the machined naturally addresses all high spots, and leaves a nice level surface. The Spirogrinders patented drive system also allows for smooth operation and has, by design, slip-clutch ability. When obstructions are encountered on the floor surface, this clutch action protects machine and operator. Operators of the Spirogrinders enjoy the convenience and versatility of our easily changeable heads to suit the job.

Simply use any of our diamond blades for grinding, or Velcro pad drivers to attach your own diamonds and you are ready to go. By changing the heads to a wire brush, the machine is now capable of scarifying or mastic/coatings removal. The steel cutter scarifier heads can also be used to rough up many surfaces and provide a safety traction surface. Carbide floor scrapers allow for the removal of most top coatings on the floor, with doing minimal scratching to the floor surface.

Unlike single head machines, there is no torque to the operator when using these machines. This provides for less fatigue and more productivity for the operator. The machines are available in 110v on all models so common house current can accommodate the machines. 220v is also available by requested. Additionally the size of the Spirogrinders provides for easy transport to job site as well as up and down stairs and through doorways.
