The Spirogrinder Series has the ability of being equipped with a 220 volt motor at the same horsepower if the customer prefers this voltage.

The Spirogrinder Series has the ability to be fitted with a switch and plug adaptor (“pigtail” adaptor) to be able to switch the machine from 110v to 220v depending on the application and electrical availability.

Variable speed DC motors can be equipped on all our models for those needing to adjust head speed to match the job.

When electric power is not available, or if the area is wide open and you do not want to be constrained by a power cord, a gas powered motor may be the answer. The gas powered Spirogrinder is variable speed by its very nature, simply adjust the throttle accordingly. The gas motor is standard on the SG-30G. Requests on other size models are handled on a quote by quote basis.

Do you need the ability to work wet and dry? A solution tank can be added to any of our models.

If your work calls for a lower head speed than our standard speed, call our office. We may be able to change head speed by changing the internal pulleys and belt drive. This option does not give the ability to change back and forth, but rather to desired head speed and remain there unless other internal pulleys are changed.
